Board Meeting Tuesday 10th January 2012
Uganda Healthcare Federation will be holding its board meeting on Tuesday 10th January 2012. This is a call to all board members to schedule this date in their diaries. The new year comes with various opportunities and resources for UHF members to effectively maximize which in turn will enhance the quality and standard of not only the individual organisations and associations, but the private health sector as a whole. Amongst various issues to discuss, map out and agree upon will be UHF 2012 activity plan which already has been lined up and filled with exciting opportunities for the private (non state) health sector, including hosting the East African Health Investment Summit here in Uganda, in partnership with Focus on East Africa a company based in the UK that has vested interests in resourcing and investing in the private health sector within the East African region.
There are several other important issues to be discussed and it is equally crucial that all board members schedule this date in their diaries. Follow on information and agenda of the meeting will be sent out shortly to all board members via email. We welcome all UHF board members on 10th January 2012 and would like to take this opportunity to wish all of you seasons greetings and a prosperous new year.
